We recognised that each project and project manager is unique and will require different levels of support from our support team. At The Consulting Business™ we are able to offer an adaptable model of support to suit each. eg. Some projects require more data analysis than specialist support.
- Project Governance Manager
Monitors and governs each project assuring the project managers performance and achievement of client objectives
- Implementation Consultant
Specialist support to the Project Manager. A highly qualified and experienced individual in the field of the project who informs the strategic direction for project manager
- Data Analyst
Assists the Project Manager in creating performance scorecards/dashboards, devising trajectories and monitoring of progress against plan, whilst undertaking additional ad hoc analysis reports.
- Project Coordinator
Maintains the online action plan, chases tasks 2 days before they’re due. Arranges all schedules, meetings and provides additional management support to all team members.
The Project Tools
These tools are used in each of the projects to ensure delivery, and to show the real time progress throughout the contract duration.
Monthly Highlight Report & Scorecards
The highlight report is a tool populated and presented to the Project Sponsor identifying the progress against plan, weekly & monthly scorecards, risks, and any other ad hoc analysis pertinent to the project Objectives.
Online Action Plan
Through several years of project management experience and business development, The Consulting Business™ integrated a bespoke software solution into our content management system, offering access to each project. The software contains all the tasks associated with each individual, and project progress against plan, whilst storing documents and all integral parts of the projects.
Project Closure Pack
This is a client pack that contains all documents and action plans created during the project. This is most commonly used by the client as reference or audit tool for future enquiry about the project and its delivery.
